Story Line :

Dia (Madhuri Dixit) lives in New York  and she comes to know that her Guru (Darshan Zariwala) is  sick. She returns to her hometown  and comes to know that her Guru(Teacher)  has passed away. She also finds that Ajanta theater where she was  danced, and learned the art, is under threat of demolition by local political authority.  The rest of the story is how she starts a mission to save theater with the help of few friends.
